Resources 3 & 4
Who is Fair Use for? & What Cases has it been Applied to?
On this page, your group will find two visual graphics. Both resources are commissioned by Alaska Juno Research Libraries and designed by Yippa.
This first graphic provides more information on Fair Use, again mentioning the four factors of Fair Use, but also who can use Fair Use and what cases on fair use have looked like. Look close at the symbols at the bottom - you should recognize some of these. NOTE: It will be helpful to right click on the graphics and select "Open Link in New Tab", so you can zoom in on the graphics easily.
This second graphic shows how Fair Use is used in a students daily life - both in and outside of school. When you look at this one, begin thinking about how fair use is seen in the activities you and your group members do both in and outside of school.
